1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services

The information provided on the Service is for general informational purposes only. The $250 in-home consultation fee is non-refundable unless cancelled 48 hours in advance, but is credited towards the final design fee if a project is commenced.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including photographs of our design projects), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adi Asher Interior Design and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
